What is a dairy product?
The term dairy product covers all milk from different animal species, as well as all foods processed from this raw material. A true pillar of the French economy and a driving force in the food industry, the dairy sector is structured mainly around three categories:
- Milk: Whether raw, pasteurised or sterilised.
