(Mock FDA audit / PCQI training):

• USA export project:

You want to access the US market and need to comply with FDA requirements and the FSMA regulation.

• No trained or designated PCQI:

You do not have a qualified PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) to develop or validate your Food Safety Plan.

• Incomplete or non-FSMA-compliant Food Safety Plan:

Your food safety plan exists, but it is not aligned with FDA requirements (hazard analysis, preventive controls, validation, verification).

• Risk of FDA inspection:

You are changing your technical routes, inputs, storage or processing conditions and need to assess the impact on quality and compliance.

• Managing health and analytical risks:

You want to better control risks (residues, contaminants, mycotoxins, traceability) and interpret your analysis results.
