Changes to your collection app!
Phytocontrol is proud to announce that an update has been made to your collection app.
A new version of the “collection or sampling request” form has been launched, with simplified access via a link.
Collecting your samples is essential to the efficiency of your analyses. This application meets the need for centralising collection requests, which will help streamline sample processing from the moment they arrive at the laboratory, via an online request on the MyPhytocontrol customer area or by sending a pre-prepared Excel form to Customer Service by email. Using this collection application therefore helps guarantee your turnaround times.
What changes have been made?
Ease of use
The new version of the collection application is easier to use, with simpler questions and explanations.
A more intuitive model
Time slots have been introduced to make it easier to handle collection requests.
- 5:00pm: end of same-day handling
- After 5:00pm, requests are processed the following morning, depending on the availability of the sampling technician
- The application has also been streamlined by moving tutorials to affiliated links.
- You can now save your response to the form as a PDF.
A more comprehensive module
The new version of this collection application now allows you to add more than 50 samples (for large collections) or specify “unknown number”.
For Waters and AgriFood samples, the required transport temperature to maintain the cold chain can now be specified.
