Phytocontrol is organising its next technical morning session, with information and discussions, on the theme
« Food safety & authenticity »
on Tuesday 19 November 2019 from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm, at the World Trade Center in Marseille.
This theme, focused on food safety, covers authentication methods to combat food fraud and verify product authenticity. A first-time presentation on blockchain will help you better understand this technology, which guarantees traceability and strengthens trust between supply chain stakeholders.

After our technical morning session, you will have the opportunity to attend Securfood Marseille (subject to registration on their website), a business convention on Safety, Traceability, Certification, Analysis, Hygiene and Cleanliness, taking place from 19 to 20 November in the same building. Phytocontrol also has a stand there.
