What is an essential oil?
An essential oil is a concentrated hydrophobic liquid made of volatile, fragrant molecules, obtained through mechanical extraction, hydrodistillation or dry distillation of plants.
Essential oils are used in the perfumery, cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical (aromatherapy) sectors.
- Check product quality (authenticity markers by gas chromatography).
