Phytocontrol is GAFTA certified

Phytocontrol Laboratory meets GAFTA’s requirements for analytical competence in the assessment of grains and animal feed.

GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association) is an international organisation that protects the interests of its members worldwide. More than 80% of global grain trade is governed by GAFTA terms. Its aim is to promote international trade in the grain and animal feed sectors. The association has more than 1,800 members in 95 countries.

In accordance with the certifying body’s requirements, Phytocontrol underwent an inter-laboratory proficiency test. Thanks to its expertise, the laboratory passed this test with flying colours, achieving recognition in both areas of activity: cereals and animal nutrition. Phytocontrol is thus listed in the register of GAFTA-approved analysts.

Strong recognition

The knowledge and skills of Phytocontrol’s analytical experts are recognised by the leading food industry bodies. In terms of international recognition, the laboratory is GAFTA certified for grains and animal feed, as well as GMP+ (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified for animal feed analysis processes in accordance with the applicable requirements and conditions of the GMP+ B10 standard. Phytocontrol is also listed by OQUALIM for controlling the sanitary safety and quality of animal feed.

This industry-wide recognition in the cereals, oilseeds and feed sectors guarantees high-quality analyses within the shortest possible timeframes.
