Business Continuity Plan update

Business Continuity Plan update

Dear customers, dear partners,

In light of the national lockdown, we want to assure you of the continuity of all our laboratory activities.

We have strengthened the health measures already in place across all our laboratories. Rest assured, all our teams remain fully mobilised to meet your needs: sampling, collection, analysis and results follow-up…

As key players in health safety, our responsibilities commit us to working together to keep our activities running during this period.

It is the commitment of every team within the Phytocontrol Group that allows us to keep serving you and maintain the best possible quality of service given the current context.

  • Our staff are committed to reducing their travel in order to help stop the spread of the virus.
  • The logistics department continues sampling and collection with increased rounds, while strictly complying with safety guidelines.
  • Team shifts have been organised within the laboratories to reduce cross-contact and ensure extended opening hours.
  • The training centre is delivering the training courses originally scheduled, remotely, via our secure video conferencing tool, and is already organising upcoming sessions with you.
  • Our customer service teams, your dedicated contacts, are here for you 100% while working remotely:
