Phytocontrol is organising its next technical morning event for information and discussion, on the theme
“Food safety and analytical challenges”
on Wednesday 9 October 2024 from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., in Bordeaux.
During this morning, we will cover topics on authenticity, GMOs, regulations on contaminants and optimising your food safety management plan.

11.00 a.m.: Contaminant control plan: regulation and interpretation of results
11.45 a.m.: Towards reinvented traceability: the power of digitalisation in the food industry

Players in the food industry, fresh and processed products, retailers and institutional bodies
• Welcome and catering:
A welcome coffee will be offered from 8.30 a.m., along with a lunch cocktail to close the event.
