New analysis: the stability test

New analysis: the stability test

The Phytocontrol laboratory supports you in bringing safe products to market and offers a new method: the stability test for the control of canned foods.

This new rapid method covers a wide range of similar and canned products. The stability test validates the sterilisation or pasteurisation schedules of food products that have undergone an autoclave stage, thereby controlling product spoilage and the development of pathogenic bacteria.

The stability test applies to canned and similar products that meet the definition of preserves.
