COVID-19: Business Continuity Plan update

COVID-19: Business Continuity Plan update

Dear customers,

As every week, we are providing an update on our business continuity plan. Rest assured that all our teams are committed and mobilised to best meet your needs.

Logistics

Phytocontrol sampling takes place daily, with peak activity on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We recommend planning collections on these days.

Our logistics partners, TNT, DHL, TCS and Chronofresh, continue their daily operations, ensuring the continuity of our logistics chain throughout the national and international territory. We are pooling our resources to ensure samples are delivered as quickly as possible.

Analysis requests and tracking

To secure your analysis requests, we invite you to visit your dedicated customer area at www.myphytocontrol.com to order and track your analyses in real time.

Our customer service is available to you at: • the central address service-clients@phytocontrol.com

Our internal Business Continuity Plan actions

The COVID-19 unit has become a truly exceptional, ultra-agile, responsive and united activity monitoring committee that meets internal needs. Actions are put in place daily to support employees and secure laboratory operations.

Some additional actions:

> Team rotation for key services: a morning team and an afternoon team to reduce contact.

> One-way circulation: implementation of a traffic flow in the laboratories to avoid crossing paths in corridors.

> Creation of a social barometer, recorded daily and communicated to teams: our HR teams and works council listen to employees to ensure well-being and team cohesion during these uncertain times.

> The Executive Committee ensures a rotating presence at the laboratories, allowing it to stay close to employees’ needs and raise awareness of changes to safety guidelines and protective measures.

> And croissants and pains au chocolat every morning to keep spirits (and taste buds) up!

Our customer service and all Phytocontrol Group teams continue to support you every day and remain at your disposal.
