Rungis Matinale on fruit, vegetables and cereals
The Phytocontrol Group is organising its new Matinale, to be held at the Rungis M.I.N. on Wednesday 12 June 2024 from 8.30 a.m. This event will be an opportunity to discover and discuss the theme: “Food safety of fruit, vegetables and cereals: analysis, regulation and traceability”.
During this morning, we will cover topics on authenticity, regulations on contaminants, traceability, and attend a presentation by FeL PARTENARIAT on quality and food safety management in fresh fruit and vegetables.
At the top of the 11th floor of the Rungis Tower, you will be able to admire a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire M.I.N. (National Interest Market), the largest fresh produce market in the world.
From 8.30 a.m., we will welcome you with a coffee, followed by the start of our presentations at 9 a.m. To close this Matinale, a buffet will be set up, offering a pleasant time for discussion and networking.
