A Matinale dedicated to food safety

On Wednesday 25 June 2025, Phytocontrol held its Matinale at ISARA Lyon, a renowned agronomic engineering school, on the theme “Food safety & analytical challenges”.

This event brought together more than 40 professionals from the food industry, quality managers, regulatory experts and stakeholders involved in product control.

A morning rich in discussions on major analytical challenges

At the heart of the discussions: the latest regulatory developments regarding contaminants, the authenticity of food products, the detection of persistent organic pollutants (POPs), as well as GMOs. These topics sparked numerous exchanges and experience sharing among participants, showing strong interest in reliable and innovative analytical solutions.

Our speakers shared their expertise on the current challenges faced by food industry stakeholders, particularly in the face of increasingly strict requirements for food safety and traceability.
