- The 5 pillars of food safety
- Techniques for delivering an FSC training course
- Tools to use to measure the maturity level of the Food Safety system
- Learn how to implement an effective action plan to develop food safety culture
- Case studies
- 2. 1st half-day (remote)
- Workshop to validate the FSC training module using the company’s own management tools
- 3. 2nd half-day (remote)
- Assessment of a training session led by the company’s internal trainer through an observation session
