Phytocontrol is building the future: our new laboratory takes shape

Since May 2024, an ambitious construction project has begun next to our historic site: the construction of the future Phytocontrol laboratory. This new building will merge with the existing one to create a next-generation analytical platform of 12,000 m², one of the largest in Europe, designed to sustainably support our growth, our innovations and our commitment to quality.

An extension in the service of excellence

This new building, which will add 5,600 m² to our existing infrastructure, represents a strategic investment of EUR 15 million. Ultimately, it will accommodate up to 300 employees in an ultra-modern space, designed to support our scientific and technological ambitions.

The project is progressing on schedule, with official delivery expected by the end of 2025. Throughout the construction and the upcoming move, we have put measures in place to ensure full continuity of our analytical services. Our customers can be fully reassured: the quality, responsiveness and reliability of our analyses will remain unchanged.

A sustainable and responsible building

This new laboratory also embodies our CSR vision. It will notably include:

• Sustainable construction materials, chosen for their low environmental impact;
• Photovoltaic panels, to produce part of our energy autonomously;
• An innovative energy recovery system, naturally regulating the indoor temperature, summer and winter alike, in synergy with our air-conditioning systems.

These choices reflect our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and building a more environmentally friendly business.
