COVID-19 measures taken by Phytocontrol

Dear customer,
Due to the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid 19), we would like to inform you of the measures already implemented by PHYCONTROL GROUP in order to ensure the continuity of our activities.

1. Activation of the Monitoring Unit, made up of the Management Committee including our Health and Safety Director, to establish and monitor the action plan in relation to the Coronavirus (Covid 19): active since 27/02/20.

2. Monitoring of international news on the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid 29) and the restriction measures in the various countries (sources – websites of: the World Health Organization – WHO (https://www.who.int/fr/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019), the French government (https://www.gouvernement.fr/info-coronavirus; https://solidarites-sante.gouv.fr/soins-et-maladies/maladies/maladies-infectieuses/coronavirus/), the Spanish government (http://www.mscbs.gob.es/profesionales/saludPublica/ccayes/alertasActual/nCov-China/home.htm), the Italian government (http://www.salute.gov.it/nuovocoronavirus). In place since 27/02/20.

3. Informing our employees about the Coronavirus (Covid 19) and preventive measures to be adopted to avoid contamination (first communication on 28/02/20 and updated on 02/03/20 and 04/03/20, a new version is being prepared this week according to the evolution of the situation).

4. Implementation of hand disinfection solution (hydro-alcoholic gel) for all our employees. Posts on social networks :

5. Implementation of a monitoring of our supplies of consumables and identification of additional supply methods if necessary (e.g. protective masks for our employees, chemical handling gloves). To date, no other consumables have been affected by any supply difficulties. Our critical suppliers are under surveillance and work closely with us.

6. Taking into account the particular requirements of our customers when taking / collecting their samples (to do so, please do not hesitate to contact your local office, if required). We can confirm that none of our employees have been sent on assignment to China, Singapore or South Korea. Regarding our Commercial Agency located in Italy, our collaborator Emmanuelle MORIN remains available by phone, but does not make any business trips.

We will keep you informed as much as necessary of the provisions in place within PHYTOCONTROL GROUP, according to the evolution of the situation in the countries where we carry out our activity and the recommendations of the Ministry of Health.
