Context: Hotels, tourist residences and campsites face specific risks related to Legionella and pool use due to:
- seasonal or intermittent operation of domestic hot water networks
- increased footfall
In accordance with the Order of 30 December 2022, it is the responsibility of establishment managers to implement a monitoring plan that meets the requirements.
Audience: Maintenance staff for network and leisure water and operators carrying out monitoring, managers of establishments open to the public (ERP)
