{"id":8363,"date":"2019-03-05T09:36:35","date_gmt":"2019-03-05T08:36:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/?p=8363"},"modified":"2026-09-20T08:48:33","modified_gmt":"2026-09-20T06:48:33","slug":"phytocontrol-acreditado-por-cofrac-para-norovirus-gi-gii-y-virus-de-hepatitis-a-hav","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/es\/noticias\/phytocontrol-acreditado-por-cofrac-para-norovirus-gi-gii-y-virus-de-hepatitis-a-hav\/","title":{"rendered":"Phytocontrol acreditado por COFRAC en Norovirus (GI, GII) y hepatitis A (VHA)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>En el marco de su alcance flexible COFRAC, \u00a1Phytocontrol est\u00e1 acreditado en Norovirus (GI, GII) y Hepatitis A (VHA)!<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El laboratorio est\u00e1 as\u00ed en condiciones de realizar, bajo acreditaci\u00f3n COFRAC, la detecci\u00f3n de Norovirus GI, GII y del virus de la hepatitis A (VHA), y de acceder a la detecci\u00f3n de estos par\u00e1metros en las siguientes matrices: frutas congeladas y frescas, hortalizas, moluscos bivalvos, as\u00ed como muestras de superficies alimentarias mediante hisopado.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/es\/nuestros-analisis\/norovirus-y-hepatitis-a\/\" target=\"_blank\">norovirus y la hepatitis A<\/a> son los principales enterovirus responsables de las toxiinfecciones alimentarias colectivas. Las v\u00edas de transmisi\u00f3n est\u00e1n determinadas por la excepcional resistencia del virus y su elevada concentraci\u00f3n en las heces. La principal v\u00eda de transmisi\u00f3n es esencialmente oral. Existe un riesgo particular relacionado con el consumo de mariscos y de crudit\u00e9s contaminados.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La detecci\u00f3n debe realizarse principalmente en los siguientes alimentos:<br\/> \u2022 Por un lado, aquellos que pueden contaminarse en la producci\u00f3n: productos cultivados mediante riego (frutas) o inmersi\u00f3n (moluscos bivalvos), agua de bebida o de distribuci\u00f3n.
