{"id":546603,"date":"2026-08-28T16:25:52","date_gmt":"2026-08-28T14:25:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/non-classifie\/modificaciones-de-lmr-reg-2025-1305\/"},"modified":"2026-08-28T16:25:52","modified_gmt":"2026-08-28T14:25:52","slug":"modificaciones-de-lmr-reg-2025-1305","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/es\/vigilancia-reglementaria\/modificaciones-de-lmr-reg-2025-1305\/","title":{"rendered":"Modificaciones de LMR &#8211; Reg 2025\/1305"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Reglamento UE 2025\/1305 acaba de modificar el Reglamento CE 396\/2005 relativo a los LMR de residuos de plaguicidas. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modifica los LMR de <strong>azoxistrobina, hexitiazox, isoxabeno, picloram, propamocarb y tefluthrin<\/strong> en determinados productos. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los LMR de <strong>azoxistrobina<\/strong> en melones y sand\u00edas pasan de 1 mg\/kg a <strong>6 mg\/kg<\/strong>. Esta modificaci\u00f3n responde a una solicitud de tolerancia a la importaci\u00f3n debida al uso de azoxistrobina en melones y sand\u00edas en Brasil. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los LMR de <strong>hexitiazox<\/strong> en moras y frambuesas pasan de 0,01 mg\/kg a <strong>3 mg\/kg<\/strong>. Esta modificaci\u00f3n responde a una solicitud de tolerancia a la importaci\u00f3n debida al uso de hexitiazox en moras y frambuesas en Estados Unidos. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los LMR de <strong>isoxabeno<\/strong> en jud\u00edas secas y guisantes secos pasan de 0,01 mg\/kg a <strong>0,02 mg\/kg<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los LMR de <strong>propamocarb<\/strong> en r\u00e1banos pasan de 3 mg\/kg a <strong>8 mg\/kg<\/strong> y en r\u00facula de 30 mg\/kg a <strong>600 mg\/kg<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los LMR de <strong>tefluthrin<\/strong> en r\u00e1banos picantes, aguaturmas, chiriv\u00edas, salsif\u00edes y perejiles de ra\u00edz gruesa\/perejiles tuberosos pasan de 0,01 mg\/kg a <strong>0,08 mg\/kg<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La definici\u00f3n del residuo del <strong>\u00abpicloram\u00bb<\/strong> se modificar\u00e1 por <strong>\u00abPicloram, libre y conjugado, expresado en picloram\u00bb<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El reglamento ser\u00e1 aplicable a partir del <strong>23\/07\/2025<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le informamos de que su laboratorio Phytocontrol le ofrece el an\u00e1lisis de residuos de plaguicidas bajo acreditaci\u00f3n COFRAC; puede consultar nuestro anexo t\u00e9cnico COFRAC N.\u00ba 1-1904 disponible en su \u00e1rea de clientes o en el sitio web de COFRAC. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfNecesita informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, normativa y de precios?
