{"id":545419,"date":"2026-08-27T06:41:31","date_gmt":"2026-08-27T04:41:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/uncategorized\/new-usage-catalogue\/"},"modified":"2026-09-20T13:00:47","modified_gmt":"2026-09-20T11:00:47","slug":"new-usage-catalogue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/en\/regulatory-watch\/new-usage-catalogue\/","title":{"rendered":"New usage catalogue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-389 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/phytocontrol.s3.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/1398169398.photo_.actu_.arrete.26.mars_.jpg\" alt=\"New usage catalogue\" width=\"400\" height=\"120\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The order of 26 March 2014 relating to the implementation of the national catalogue of plant protection product uses referred to in market authorisation decisions was published in the Official Journal of the French Republic on 30 March 2014.<br \/>\nThis new catalogue, which came into force on 1 April, introduces a simplified use system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From now on, the various crops are classified into families called &#8220;reference crops&#8221;, to which &#8220;associated crops&#8221; are linked.<br \/>\nFor example, an active substance authorised on the reference crop &#8220;lettuce&#8221; means that the active substance is authorised on the following associated crops: &#8220;lettuce, chicory, escarole, curly endive, lamb&#8217;s lettuce, rocket and other salads&#8221; (see Annex I of the order linked below).<br \/>\nSimilarly, an active substance shown as authorised on &#8220;onion&#8221; means it is authorised on &#8220;onions, garlic, shallots and other bulbs&#8221;.<br \/>\nIn other words, market authorisation and permit decisions targeting a &#8220;reference crop&#8221; are valid for the same use on the &#8220;associated crops&#8221;.<br \/>\nWarning!
