A list of 76 priority residues was thus established.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The assessment covered products of plant and animal origin, as well as water intended for human consumption, and is based on the following data:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Results of the DGCCRF&#8217;s 2011 pesticide residue monitoring plans<\/li>\n<li>Results of the DGS&#8217;s 2010 and 2011 pesticide residue monitoring plans for water intended for human consumption<\/li>\n<li>Results of the 2010 pesticide residue monitoring plans in animal foodstuffs<\/li>\n<li>Food consumption data from the Inca 2 study (AFSSA)<\/li>\n<li>MRLs for pesticide residues under regulation 396\/2005 and regulation 37\/2010<\/li>\n<li>Reference toxicological values<\/li>\n<li>Regulation 788\/2012 concerning the multiannual community control programme for 2013, 2014 and 2015<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These various data were compiled and a statistical study taking into account both chronic and acute food risk made it possible to establish a list of 76 priority residues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A ranking scale for these pesticides identified as priorities for monitoring has been set up in this opinion. This scale ranges from level 2 to level 6, with level 2 corresponding to a low risk associated with high uncertainty and level 6 corresponding to a clearly identified chronic and\/or acute risk
