There is therefore a high long-term risk to aquatic organisms.<br \/>\nFurthermore, the genotoxic potential of a metabolite found both as a residue in plants and as an impurity in the technical material, as well as an acute risk to consumers, could not be excluded.<br \/>\nIprodione is also classified in category 2 of carcinogenic substances under Regulation (EC) No 1272\/2008, whereas EFSA concludes that Iprodione should be classified as a category 1B carcinogenic substance and as a category 2 reproductive toxicant.<br \/>\n<strong>Authorisations<\/strong> for plant protection products containing Iprodione must be <strong>withdrawn by 5 March 2018<\/strong>, with a <strong>grace period<\/strong> expiring no later than <strong>5 June 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At present, Iprodione has numerous authorisations in France, notably on the following matrices: garlic, asparagus, aubergine, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, pepper, tomato, courgette, shallot, onions, beans, peas, lettuce, melon, strawberry, apricot, blackcurrant, cherry, raspberry, kiwi, hazelnut, peach, plum, grapevine and PPAM.<br \/>\nYou will find the corresponding regulation attached: <a href=\"http:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32017R2091&amp;rid=1\">Regulation (EU) No 2017\/2091<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please note that your Phytocontrol laboratory is able to test for Iprodione with a LOQ of 0.01mg\/kg.<br \/>\nFor any technical, pricing and\/or regulatory information, please contact us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Regulation (EU) No 2017\/2091 concerning the non-renewal of the approval of the active substance&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":11356,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[181],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-545124","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-regulatory-watch","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.4 (Yoast SEO v28.5) -
