The Order of 19 October 2017 on analysis methods used as part of water safety control was published on 26 October 2017.<\/p>\n

This text repeals the Order of 17 September 2003 on water sample analysis methods and their performance characteristics, as well as the Order of 23 September 2008 on sample processing rules and reference methods for water analysis in monitoring bathing water quality.<\/p>\n

It defines the analysis methods and their performance characteristics that laboratories approved by the ministry responsible for health must comply with for water safety control.<\/p>\n

Among the changes introduced by this text:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Criteria relating to the analysis of Drinking Water (EDCH), raw water intended for drinking water production, and bathing water have been grouped together.
\n\u2013 References to standardised methods have been updated.
\n\u2013 Accuracy and precision criteria have been replaced by the following criteria: measurement uncertainty expressed at the limit or reference quality value, and the Limit of Quantification. Some LOQs will be revised downward from 1 January 2020.<\/p>\n

Your Phytocontrol laboratory is approved by the Ministry of Health to carry out sampling and analysis for water safety control.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Analysis of water intended for human consumption, excluding natural mineral water
\n\u2013 Analysis of swimming pool water and bathing water (designated bathing areas and other bathing sites)
