It amends the MRLs for the following pesticide residues: azinphos-methyl, bentazone, dimethomorph, fludioxonil, flufenoxuron, oxadiazon, phosalone, pyraclostrobin and teflubenzuron.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Azinphos-methyl:<\/span> MRLs set at the LOD.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bentazone:<\/span> decrease in MRLs on potatoes and leeks, increase in MRLs on poppy seeds, soya beans and certain herbal infusions (leaves and other aerial parts).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dimethomorph:<\/span> decrease in MRLs on blackberries and raspberries.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Fludioxonil:<\/span> increase in MRLs on rhubarb and certain oilseeds (linseed, sesame seed, rapeseed, mustard seed, borage seed, camelina seed, hemp seed).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Flufenoxuron:<\/span> MRLs set at the LOD except for tea (no change to the MRL, this MRL corresponds to an import tolerance from Japan).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Oxadiazon:<\/span> MRLs set at the LOD.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Phosalone:<\/span> decrease in MRLs on tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts), stone fruit (apricots, cherries, peaches, plums) and bulb vegetables (garlic, onions, shallots, spring onions).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pyraclostrobin:<\/span> decrease in MRLs on table grapes and increase in MRLs on sweet corn.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Teflubenzuron:<\/span> MRLs lowered to the LOD on products of animal origin, no change in MRL for products of plant origin.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 2 states that for products obtained or imported into the EU before 25\/05\/2021, the MRLs prior to this regulation apply, except for pyraclostrobin in wine grapes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation will apply from <strong>25\/05\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your Phytocontrol laboratory offers <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/en\/our-analyses\/pesticide-residues\/\">analysis of these pesticide residues<\/a> under COFRAC accreditation.
