{"id":544758,"date":"2026-08-27T02:48:18","date_gmt":"2026-08-27T00:48:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/uncategorized\/phytocontrol-group-acquires-zest-haccp\/"},"modified":"2026-08-27T02:48:18","modified_gmt":"2026-08-27T00:48:18","slug":"phytocontrol-group-acquires-zest-haccp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/en\/news\/phytocontrol-group-acquires-zest-haccp\/","title":{"rendered":"Phytocontrol Group acquires Zest HACCP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christophe Andr\u00e9, founder of Zest HACCP and Mikael Bresson, Chairman and founder of Laboratoire Phytocontrol<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Continuing its drive for development and innovation, the Phytocontrol Group, a specialist in water and food safety, welcomes Zest HACCP, a major player in food safety digitalisation.<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This deal allows <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zest-haccp.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">Zest HACCP<\/a> to further accelerate the growth of its business within its area of expertise; it opens up new development opportunities with players present across many sectors.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the Phytocontrol Group, this investment aims to continue meeting the demands of its customers, in France and Europe, by strengthening its position as a <strong>global partner in water and food safety<\/strong> across its 3 areas of excellence: Audit &amp; inspection, Analysis, Digital traceability.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zest HACCP becomes a subsidiary of the Phytocontrol group<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Created in 2015, <strong>Zest HACCP<\/strong> is an application that digitalises the entire <strong>Sanitary Control Plan<\/strong> for all traditional and self-service departments, mainly in supermarket retail, the food industry and catering groups.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It enables <strong>full traceability of products to be managed<\/strong> and ensures exemplary rigour in terms of hygiene; it guarantees time and money savings by simplifying professionals&#8217; daily tasks and overseeing their entire function.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<em>The digital approach to our business is a key success factor that we must fully master, both for our internal processes and for our customer offering.
