They amend the maximum residue levels for certain pesticides in foodstuffs, as set out in Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R0590&amp;qid=1618409050022\">Regulation (EU) <strong>2021\/590<\/strong><\/a> amending the MRLs of the following pesticide residues: <strong>aclonifen, boscalid, cow&#8217;s milk, etofenprox, ferric pyrophosphate, L-cysteine, lambda-cyhalothrin, maleic hydrazide, mefentrifluconazole, sodium 5-nitroguaiacolate, sodium o-nitrophenolate, sodium p-nitrophenolate and triclopyr.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs of these residues have been revised upwards for the matrices concerned.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation will apply from <strong>03\/05\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R0616&amp;qid=1619702592291\">Regulation (EU) <strong>2021\/616<\/strong><\/a> amending the MRLs of the following pesticide residues: <strong>benalaxyl, benalaxyl-M, dichlobenil, fluopicolide, proquinazid and pyridalyl.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation will apply from <strong>06\/11\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R0618&amp;qid=1619702592291\">Regulation (EU) <strong>2021\/618<\/strong><\/a> amending the MRLs of the following pesticide residues: <strong>diclofop, fluopyram, ipconazole and terbuthylazine.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation will apply from <strong>06\/11\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R0644&amp;qid=1619702592291\">Regulation (EU) <strong>2021\/644<\/strong><\/a> amending the MRLs of the following pesticide residues: <strong>fluxapyroxad, hymexazol, metamitron, penflufen and spirotetramat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The residue definition of spirotetramat will change:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Current definition: Spirotetramat and its four metabolites, BYI 08330-enol, keto-hydroxy-BYI08330, monohydroxy-BYI 08330 and BYI 08330-enol-glucoside, expressed as spirotetramat<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New definition: Sum of spirotetramat and spirotetramat-enol, expressed as spirotetramat.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation will apply from <strong>10\/11\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R0663&amp;qid=1619702592291\">Regulation (EU) <strong>2021\/663<\/strong><\/a> amending the MRLs of <strong>chlordecone<\/strong> in products of animal origin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The chlordecone MRLs for products of animal origin set by ANSES have been adopted at European level as temporary MRLs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation will apply from <strong>13\/11\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find all changes to these MRLs in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/food\/plant\/pesticides\/eu-pesticides-database\/mrls\/index.cfm?event=search.pr&amp;v=1&amp;langFromHeader=FR&amp;token=E4EC230F64AFDC65A630221D162EFCDEC6C3A9D1\">EU pesticides database<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that your Phytocontrol laboratory offers analysis of these pesticide residues under COFRAC accreditation.
