This application meets the need for <strong>centralising collection requests<\/strong>, which will help <strong>streamline sample processing<\/strong> from the moment they arrive at the laboratory, via an online request on the <a href=\"https:\/\/myphytocontrol.com\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\">MyPhytocontrol<\/a> customer area or by sending a pre-prepared Excel form to Customer Service by email. Using this collection application therefore helps <strong>guarantee your turnaround times.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What changes have been made?<\/h3>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/appli_collecte-1.png\" alt=\"Appli collecte\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ease of use<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new version of the collection application is easier to use, with simpler questions and explanations.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A more intuitive model<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Time slots have been introduced to make it easier to handle collection requests. <br\/><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5:00pm: end of same-day handling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 5:00pm, requests are processed the following morning, depending on the availability of the sampling technician<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The application has also been streamlined by moving tutorials to affiliated links.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can now save your response to the form as a PDF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/laboratoire-phytocontrol-contact-adresse-1.jpg\" alt=\"Laboratoire phytocontrol contact adresse\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/actu_waters-1.png\" alt=\"Changes to your collection app!\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A more comprehensive module<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new version of this collection application now allows you to add more than 50 samples (for large collections) or specify \u201cunknown number\u201d. <br\/><br\/> For Waters and AgriFood samples, the required transport temperature to maintain the cold chain can now be specified.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Need technical, regulatory or pricing information?
