<\/p>\n\n

Regulation (EU) 2021\/1864<\/a> has just been published in the OJEU.<\/p>\n\n

It amends the MRLs for the following residues: amisulbrom, flubendiamide, meptyldinocap, metaflumizone and propineb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

For amisulbrom residues, MRLs are raised for herbs, teas, coffee, herbal infusions, cocoa and carobs, and honey.<\/p>\n\n

For flubendiamide, MRLs are raised for pome fruit, stone fruit (except cherries), tomatoes, peppers, cucurbits, Brussels sprouts, herbs, pulses, celeries, rice, teas, coffee, herbal infusions, cocoa and carobs. They are lowered for strawberries, aubergines, head cabbages, lettuces and spinach.<\/p>\n\n

For meptyldinocap, MRLs are lowered for all matrices except watermelons (increase), melons and honey (no change).<\/p>\n\n

For metaflumizone, MRLs are raised for tomatoes, sweet peppers and aubergines, Chinese cabbage, lettuces and salad plants (except broad-leaved endives\/escaroles) and spices. They are lowered for all fruit and tree nuts, root and tuber vegetables, bulb vegetables, okra, cucurbits with inedible peel, sweet corn, brassicas (except Chinese cabbage), leafy vegetables (except lettuces and salad plants (excluding broad-leaved endives\/escaroles)), pulses, stem vegetables, mushrooms, algae, dried pulses, oilseeds and oleaginous fruits, cereals and sugar plants.<\/p>\n\n

For propineb, MRLs are raised for tree nuts, avocados, herbs (chervil, chives, celery leaves, parsley), oilseeds and oleaginous fruits (except oil olives). They are lowered for pome fruit, cherries, grapes, table olives, potatoes, celeriac, tomatoes, sweet peppers, cucumbers, cucurbits with inedible peel, land cress, rocket, herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme, basil and edible flowers, bay leaves, tarragon), oil olives, hops, capers and sugar beet.<\/p>\n\n

The regulation applies from 14\/05\/22<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
