J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bonaldi once again honours us with his presence to host the debates and conferences during these two intense days of the Food Risk international symposium. The renowned journalist and presenter, a leading figure in the scientific world, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bonaldi, will take charge of the event for this second edition. A walk in the park for someone who has taken part in numerous television and radio programmes throughout his career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On stage, he will host the various debates and conferences on security, authenticity, traceability, regulation, digitalisation and other topics based on real-life situations. Our distinguished guests will thus take part in exchanges and discussions on food safety and food authenticity, all set to the rhythm of J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bonaldi. After studying physics and mathematics at the University of Paris VII, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bonaldi chose journalism and joined the Centre de formation des journalistes. He graduated in 1976 and immediately joined France Inter, the radio station where he stayed until 1984, before being hired by Canal+, where he became a columnist on the programme \u201cNulle part ailleurs\u201d. It was this role that brought him to public attention. In 2000, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bonaldi joined Europe 1 and Ruquier’s team on the programme \u201cOn va s’g\u00eaner\u201d, and took part in \u201cOn a tout essay\u00e9\u201d and later \u201cOn a tout r\u00e9vis\u00e9\u201d on France 2. On the same channel, he co-presented \u201cOn vous dit pourquoi\u201d in 2002, followed by \u201cSavoir + sciences\u201d until 2006.
In 2007, he hosted the programme \u201cDu c\u00f4t\u00e9 des pros\u201d on the Maison+ channel (formerly T\u00e9l\u00e9 Maison). In 2007-2008, he also took part in the programme \u201cGildas&Co\u201d on the cable channel Vivolta. In 2009, he presented \u201cJe commence demain\u201d (in partnership with P\u00f4le emploi) on France 2, where he tried out and showcased different professions.
In September 2010, he presented \u201cC’est dans ma nature\u201d on France 3’s regional channels. Broadcast on Saturdays at 11 a.m., this programme highlighted ecology and sustainable development. Following the model of \u201cQuestion maison\u201d, he showcased eco-friendly and innovative buildings alongside their owners.
