The success of the first edition lay both in its format and in the content of these two days of interactive conferences, testimonials, round tables, outlooks and future action plans. Let&#8217;s do it again together!<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year, the key words will be safety and authenticity, including related topics such as regulation, traceability, food fraud, the environment, digitalisation, as well as the new opportunities available to professionals in the food and health sectors.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim, once again, will be to identify the measures and strategies needed to address and meet current and future food safety challenges.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <i>Today more than ever, we face tomorrow&#8217;s human challenges. Climate change and global food production have a major impact on our food safety. One of humanity&#8217;s key challenges is to move towards healthier, more sustainable consumption.
