{"id":544368,"date":"2026-08-27T01:00:11","date_gmt":"2026-08-26T23:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/uncategorized\/publication-of-regulation-eu-2023-679-mrl-amendment\/"},"modified":"2026-08-27T01:00:11","modified_gmt":"2026-08-26T23:00:11","slug":"publication-of-regulation-eu-2023-679-mrl-amendment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/en\/regulatory-watch\/publication-of-regulation-eu-2023-679-mrl-amendment\/","title":{"rendered":"Publication of regulation (EU) 2023\/679 &#8211; MRL amendment"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32023R0679&amp;qid=1680011212437\"><strong>Regulation EU 2023\/679<\/strong><\/a> has just been published, amending the MRLs for <strong>pyridaben<\/strong>, <strong>pyridate<\/strong>, <strong>pyriproxyfen<\/strong> and <strong>triclopyr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for <strong>pyridaben<\/strong> in grapefruit has been raised following an import tolerance request for the use of this substance on this matrix in the USA. It rises from 0.3 to <strong>0.5 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for <strong>pyridate<\/strong> in chives rises from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>1.5 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for <strong>pyriproxyfen<\/strong> in apricots rises from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>0.4 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provisional MRL for <strong>triclopyr<\/strong>, set at 0.1 mg\/kg, has been maintained for oranges, lemons and mandarins.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation will apply from <strong>13\/04\/2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that your Phytocontrol laboratory offers pesticide residue analysis under COFRAC accreditation.
