just been amended by 2 new regulations.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32023R1068&amp;qid=1685977158304\"><strong>Regulation EU 2023\/1068<\/strong><\/a><strong>:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for <strong>cyantraniliprole<\/strong> have been increased following an import tolerance request, as this substance is authorised in Canada and the United States on the following crops:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on potatoes, root vegetables and tropical tuber vegetables increase from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>0.15 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on cucurbits with inedible peel increase from 0.3 mg\/kg to <strong>0.4 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL on Chinese cabbage\/Pe-tsai increases from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>30 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on lettuces and salad plants increase from 5 and 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>15 mg\/kg<\/strong> for the whole group.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on purslanes, chard\/beet leaves increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>20 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL on parsley increases from 0.02 mg\/kg to <strong>20 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on linseed, poppy seed, sesame seed, mustard seed, safflower seed, borage seed, gold of pleasure seed, hemp seed, castor bean and pumpkin seed increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>1.5 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following another request, the MRL on apricots increases from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.7 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32023R1069&amp;qid=1685977158304\"><strong>Regulation EU 2023\/1069<\/strong><\/a><strong>:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Codex Alimentarius adopted new maximum residue limits (CXLs) for a number of pesticide residues at the end of 2022.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The European Commission has decided to include these CXLs in EC regulation 396\/2005.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BIXAFEN:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on potatoes, root vegetables and tropical tuber vegetables increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.06 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on dried legumes increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.04 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on sunflower seeds increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>3 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on soya beans increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.08 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on cotton seeds increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.3 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on barley increase from 0.4 mg\/kg to <strong>1.5 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on sorghum increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>2 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on wheat increase from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>0.3 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CYPRODINIL:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on fresh lentils increase from 0.2 mg\/kg to <strong>2 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on dried lentils increase from 0.02 mg\/kg to <strong>0.2 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on peas and lupin beans increase from 0.1 mg\/kg to <strong>0.2 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on ginseng increase from 1.5 mg\/kg to <strong>3 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FENHEXAMID:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on pears increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>6 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on garlic and shallots increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>3 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on onions increase from 0.8 mg\/kg to <strong>3 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on asparagus increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.02 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FENPICOXAMID:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on milk increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.015 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs have also been increased on other products of animal origin.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FENPYROXIMATE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on fresh beans (shelled) increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.05 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs have also been increased on products of animal origin.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FLUTIANIL:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on grapes (table and wine) increase from 0.15 mg\/kg to <strong>0.7 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ISOXAFLUTOLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on soya beans increase from 0.02 mg\/kg to <strong>0.04 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs have also been increased on offal.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MANDIPROPAMID:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on grapefruit increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.2 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on oranges increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.4 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on lemons, limes, mandarins and kumquats increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.5 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs have also been increased on animal fats.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOXYFENOZIDE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on basil and edible flowers increase from 4 mg\/kg to <strong>80 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on teas increase from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>80 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on coffee beans increase from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>0.15 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on sugar cane increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.015 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SPINETORAM:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRLs on prickly pears\/cactus figs increase from 0.02 mg\/kg to <strong>0.5 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These 2 regulations apply from <strong>22\/06\/2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p
