We understand the need to report to our clients on the precision and accuracy of the analytical tests entrusted to us, while maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the regulations on wine?<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pesticides:<\/strong> Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 February 2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin (consolidated version).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Metals:<\/strong> Regulation (EU) 2023\/915 on maximum levels for certain contaminants in food (consolidated version). <br\/>OIV &#8211; Maximum acceptable limits of various elements in wine (2023 edition).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sulphites:<\/strong> Annex I part B of Delegated Regulation 2019\/934 as regards wine-growing zones where the alcoholic strength may be increased, authorised oenological practices and restrictions applicable to the production and conservation of grapevine products, the minimum percentage of alcohol for by-products and their elimination, and the publication of OIV files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Allergens:<\/strong> Regulation (EU) 2019\/33 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1308\/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards applications for protection of designations of origin, geographical indications and traditional terms in the wine sector, the objection procedure, restrictions on use, amendments to product specifications, cancellation of protection, and labelling and presentation.<br\/>Good hygiene practice guide for the wine sector &#8211; 2016<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nutritional labelling:<\/strong> Regulation (EU) 2021\/2117 amending Regulation (EU) No 1308\/2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phthalates:<\/strong> Regulation (EU) No 10\/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food (consolidated version).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Need technical, regulatory or pricing information?
