<\/p>\n\n

Regulation EU 2023\/2382<\/strong><\/a> has just been published. It amends the MRLs of the following residues: carbetamide, carboxin and triflumuron.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

These 3 substances have not been authorised since 2021. As a result, their MRLs are lowered to the LOD specific to each matrix.<\/p>\n\n

Carbetamide:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

MRLs are lowered to 0.01 mg\/kg for tree nuts, lettuces, escarole\/broad-leaved endive, chicory\/witloof, dried lentils and peas, oilseeds and oleaginous fruits, and chicory roots.<\/p>\n\n

Triflumuron:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

MRLs are lowered to 0.01 mg\/kg for apples, pears, apricots, peaches and plums.<\/p>\n\n

Article 2 of this regulation specifies that the previous MRLs continue to apply to products obtained or imported into the EU before 25 April 2024.<\/p>\n\n

This regulation applies from 25\/04\/2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
