This event will give you the opportunity to discover and discuss the topic: &#8220;Food safety and analytical challenges&#8221;.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this morning session, we will cover topics on authenticity, GMOs, regulations on contaminants, and traceability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the \u00c9cole nationale sup\u00e9rieure des sciences agronomiques de Bordeaux, you will have the opportunity to discover a unique view of the whole site and its surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 8.30 am, we will welcome you with a coffee, followed by the start of our presentations at 9 am. To close this Matinale, a buffet will be laid out, offering a great opportunity for discussion and networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested?
