{"id":544209,"date":"2026-08-27T00:15:43","date_gmt":"2026-08-26T22:15:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/uncategorized\/anses-publication-revision-of-the-water-sanitary-control-analysis-reference-framework\/"},"modified":"2026-09-20T11:48:25","modified_gmt":"2026-09-20T09:48:25","slug":"anses-publication-revision-of-the-water-sanitary-control-analysis-reference-framework","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.phytocontrol.com\/en\/regulatory-watch\/anses-publication-revision-of-the-water-sanitary-control-analysis-reference-framework\/","title":{"rendered":"ANSES publication: revision of the water sanitary control analysis reference framework"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ANSES\/LHN\/REF-CSE &#8211; Version 4 reference framework aims to clarify the terms of application of the amended order of 19 October 2017 on the methods used for water sanitary control, and to provide technical clarification for the implementation of sampling and analysis.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This revision introduces the following changes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Addition of definitions for swimming pool water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removal of details previously included in the reference framework and now incorporated into standard guides (FD T 90 520, FD T 90 525).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update of the rounding rules applicable to counts obtained using MPN methods used in microbiology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Addition of clarifications regarding the standards applicable for phytoplankton sampling and enumeration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update of the analytical methods applicable for cyanobacteria enumeration. Removal of the appendix on laboratory approval rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarifications on new parameters in application of Directive 2020\/2184 and its transposition into French law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarifications on certain parameters: cyanotoxins, pesticides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reminder of the rules for producing results under accreditation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update of the list of unstable pesticides and clarifications on the sum of pesticides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Addition of an appendix on the wording of index parameters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Addition of an appendix describing the different possibilities for expressing results for quantitative microbiological analyses, and additional clarifications in the relevant paragraph (\u00a7 4.2.8 &#8211; Expression of results).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that Phytocontrol holds the national approval of the Ministry of Health and the Environment for carrying out sampling and analysis for water sanitary control.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find the details of our accreditations in our COFRAC technical appendix No. 1-6066.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Need technical, regulatory or pricing information?
