EU Regulation 2025\/1305 has just amended EC Regulation 396\/2005 concerning pesticide residue MRLs.<\/p>\n\n

It <\/strong>amends the MRLs for azoxystrobin, hexythiazox, isoxaben, picloram, propamocarb and tefluthrin<\/strong> in certain products.<\/p>\n\n

The MRLs for azoxystrobin<\/strong> in melons and watermelons increase from 1 mg\/kg to 6 mg\/kg<\/strong>. This change follows an import tolerance request due to the use of azoxystrobin on melons and watermelons in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n

The MRLs for hexythiazox<\/strong> in blackberries and raspberries increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to 3 mg\/kg<\/strong>. This change follows an import tolerance request due to the use of hexythiazox on blackberries and raspberries in the United States.<\/p>\n\n

The MRLs for isoxaben<\/strong> in dried beans and dried peas increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to 0.02 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The MRLs for propamocarb<\/strong> in radishes increase from 3 mg\/kg to 8 mg\/kg<\/strong> and in rocket\/rucola from 30 mg\/kg to 600 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The MRLs for tefluthrin<\/strong> in horseradish, Jerusalem artichokes, parsnips, salsify and turnip-rooted\/tuberous parsley increase from 0.01 mg\/kg to 0.08 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The residue definition for “picloram”<\/strong> will be amended to “Picloram, free and conjugated, expressed as picloram.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The regulation will apply from 23\/07\/2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
