It covers the most commonly consumed raw or processed foods in France.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3,484 foods are now listed, 300 more than the previous 2020 version. New additions include kale, teriyaki sauce, skyr, tacos and pumpkin seeds.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main updates to nutritional information concern breakfast cereals, cheeses, dairy products and fresh desserts, biscuits and cakes, wholegrain products, breads and pastries, hot beverages and cured meats.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ciqual table now includes 74 constituents. 7 new vitamin constituents have been added in this 2025 version: details of vitamins D2 and D3, folic acid (from fortification), intrinsic folates and total folates in dietary folate equivalents (DFE), as well as vitamin A activity in retinol equivalents and alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In total, more than 113,000 new data points have been incorporated.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that your Phytocontrol laboratory offers nutritional value analysis of foodstuffs under COFRAC accreditation.
