These modifications regularly raise questions due to their potential impact on human health, the environment and ethical issues. The main concerns relate to biodiversity, food safety, allergen risks, and the emergence of antibiotic resistance.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to its advanced expertise in molecular biology, its mastery of regulatory texts and constant scientific monitoring, Phytocontrol supports you in implementing reliable GMO control and ensuring your compliance with French and European standards.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our work covers all of the following regulations:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regulation (EC) No. 1829\/2003: GMOs intended for food and feed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulation (EU) No. 619\/2011: official methods for sampling and analysis of feed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Directive 2001\/18\/EC: deliberate release of GMOs into the environment (field trials, placing on the market).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decree No. 2012-128: labelling rules for products from &#8220;GMO-free&#8221; supply chains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulation (EC) No. 2018\/848: production and labelling of organic foodstuffs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With Phytocontrol, you benefit from personalised support to secure the compliance of your products and meet consumer expectations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To deepen your knowledge of GMOs, our specialists regularly run dedicated webinars and conferences. Regulations vary greatly from country to country: some impose strict labelling, others apply more flexible rules, or none at all. Within the European Union, a strict framework guarantees consumers freedom of choice: any product containing more than 0.9% GMOs must be clearly labelled.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">European authorisations are valid for ten years, but only cover consumption, not cultivation. All products derived from GMOs must also comply with traceability and labelling obligations.
