This new building will merge with the existing one to create a next-generation analytical platform of 12,000 m\u00b2, one of the largest in Europe, designed to sustainably support our growth, our innovations and our commitment to quality.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An extension in the service of excellence<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This new building, which will add <strong>5,600 m\u00b2<\/strong> to our existing infrastructure, represents a <strong>strategic investment of EUR 15 million<\/strong>. Ultimately, it will accommodate up to <strong>300 employees<\/strong> in an ultra-modern space, designed to support our scientific and technological ambitions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is progressing on schedule, with <strong>official delivery expected by the end of 2025<\/strong>. Throughout the construction and the upcoming move, we have put measures in place to <strong>ensure full continuity of our analytical services<\/strong>. Our customers can be fully reassured: <strong>the quality, responsiveness and reliability of our analyses will remain unchanged<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A sustainable and responsible building<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This new laboratory also embodies our CSR vision. It will notably include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sustainable construction materials<\/strong>, chosen for their low environmental impact;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Photovoltaic panels<\/strong>, to produce part of our energy autonomously;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>An innovative energy recovery system<\/strong>, naturally regulating the indoor temperature, summer and winter alike, in synergy with our air-conditioning systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These choices reflect our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and building a more environmentally friendly business.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employee wellbeing at the heart of the project<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because a healthy and stimulating work environment is essential, every space in our future site has been designed to foster the wellbeing of our employees.
