have been published in the OJEU.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R2609&amp;qid=1729158475664\"><strong>Regulation (EU) 2024\/2609<\/strong><\/a>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This regulation lowers the MRLs <strong>for napropamide, pyridaben and tebufenpyrad<\/strong> in foodstuffs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Napropamide:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for other berries and small fruit go from 0.02 mg\/kg to <strong>0.01 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for herbs and edible flowers go from 0.05 to <strong>0.02 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pyridaben:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for pome fruit go from 0.9 mg\/kg to <strong>0.15 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for apricots and peaches go from 0.3 mg\/kg to <strong>0.01 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for beans (with pods) goes from 0.2 mg\/kg to <strong>0.01 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tebufenpyrad:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for apricots and peaches go from 0.4 to <strong>0.3 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for table grapes goes from 0.6 mg\/kg to <strong>0.4 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for beans (with pods) goes from 0.3 mg\/kg to <strong>0.01 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for hops goes from 1.5 mg\/kg to <strong>0.05 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation applies from <strong>28\/04\/2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 2 of this regulation specifies that the previous MRLs continue to apply to products obtained or imported into the EU before 28 April 2025, except for the MRLs applicable to tebufenpyrad in table grapes.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R2612&amp;qid=1729158475664\"><strong>Regulation (EU) 2024\/2612<\/strong><\/a>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This regulation increases the MRLs <strong>for clopyralid, difenoconazole and flonicamid<\/strong> in foodstuffs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clopyralid:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for honey goes from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>0.15 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Difenoconazole:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for rye and sorghum go from 0.1 mg\/kg to <strong>0.3 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flonicamid:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for potatoes goes from 0.09 mg\/kg to <strong>0.2 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for lettuces and salad plants and spinach and similar leaves go from 0.07 mg\/kg to <strong>0.6 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for beans (without pods) goes from 0.03 mg\/kg to <strong>0.7 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for cardoons, celeries, fennel and rhubarbs go from 0.03 mg\/kg to <strong>0.3 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation applies from <strong>28\/10\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R2633&amp;qid=1729158475664\"><strong>Regulation (EU) 2024\/2633<\/strong><\/a>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This regulation increases the MRLs <strong>for azoxystrobin, famoxadone, flutriafol, mandipropamid and mefentrifluconazole<\/strong> in foodstuffs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Azoxystrobin:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for papayas goes from 0.3 mg\/kg to <strong>4 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for chicory roots goes from 0.09 mg\/kg to <strong>1 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Famoxadone:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for hops goes from 40 mg\/kg to <strong>50 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flutriafol:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for almonds goes from 0.02 mg\/kg to <strong>0.8 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for barley goes from 0.15 mg\/kg to <strong>1.5 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mandipropamid:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for gherkins goes from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.2 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for pumpkins and watermelons go from 0.3 mg\/kg to <strong>0.4 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mefentrifluconazole:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs have been increased for oranges, lemons, limes, mandarins, tree nuts, apricots, cherries, peaches, plums, wine grapes, strawberries, brambleberries, blueberries, currants, rose hips, elderberries, kumquats, avocados, bananas, mangoes, papayas, potatoes, root vegetables, tropical root and tuber vegetables, bulb vegetables, solanaceae and malvaceae, cucurbits with inedible peel, sweetcorn, beans (with pods), peas (with pods), dried beans, dried lentils, linseed, poppy seed, sesame seed, sunflower seed, rapeseed, soya bean, mustard seed, cotton seed, safflower seed, borage seed, gold of pleasure seed, barley, millet, rice, rye, sorghum, wheat, coffee beans, ginseng, sugar canes and roots of<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation applies from <strong>29\/10\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R2640&amp;qid=1729158475664\"><strong>Regulation (EU) 2024\/2640<\/strong><\/a>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This regulation amends the MRLs <strong>of 1,4-dimethylnaphthalene, fluopyram and flupyradifurone<\/strong> in foodstuffs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1,4-dimethylnaphthalene:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for potatoes goes from 15 mg\/kg to <strong>20 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL in milk goes to <strong>0.3 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fluopyram:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for pumpkin seeds goes from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.4 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flupyradifurone:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs have been increased for stone fruit, other small fruit and berries (except blueberries), mangoes, papayas, Chinese cabbages\/pe-tsai, herbs and edible flowers, sesame seed, sunflower seed, millet, oats, rye and honey.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for headed cabbages go from 5 mg\/kg to <strong>4 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation applies from <strong>30\/04\/2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 2 of this regulation specifies that the previous MRLs continue to apply to products obtained or imported into the EU
