texts amending EC regulation 396\/2005 have just been published in the OJEU.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R1314&amp;qid=1717053111327\"><strong>Regulation EU 2024\/1314<\/strong><\/a><strong>: Dithianon<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for apples and pears have been lowered.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They go from 3 mg\/kg to <strong>1.5 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation is applicable from <strong>05\/12\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R1318&amp;qid=1717053111327\"><strong>Regulation EU 2024\/1318<\/strong><\/a><strong>: Prothioconazole<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for sugar beet and chicory roots have been increased.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They go from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.03 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation is applicable from <strong>05\/06\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R1342&amp;qid=1717053111327\"><strong>Regulation EU 2024\/1342<\/strong><\/a><strong><u> and its <\/u><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R1342R%2801%29&amp;qid=1717053111327\"><strong>corrigendum<\/strong><\/a><strong>: deltamethrin, metalaxyl, thiabendazole and trifloxystrobin.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deltamethrin:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs have been lowered for citrus fruits, tree nuts, pears, brambleberries, kiwis, potatoes, sweet peppers\/bell peppers, melons, watermelons, head cabbages, lettuces, scarole\/broad-leaved endive, chicory\/witloof, herbs and edible flowers (except chervil), artichokes, dried beans, oilseeds (except rapeseed\/canola seed), oleaginous fruits (except olives for oil production), herbal infusions from flowers, herbal infusions from leaves and other aerial parts, herbal infusions from any other part of the plant, cocoa beans, hops, spices (except spices from roots or rhizomes) and sugar beet.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs have been increased for plums, mangoes, papayas, tomatoes, okra, carob\/carob pods.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metalaxyl:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs have been lowered for lemons, limes, mandarins, apples, pears, table grapes, onions, sweet peppers\/bell peppers, melons, watermelons, artichokes, soya beans and cocoa beans.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs have been increased for wine grapes, palm hearts and peppercorns.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thiabendazole:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for avocados go from 20 mg\/kg to 15 mg\/kg.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for papayas go from 10 mg\/kg to 0.01 mg\/kg.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trifloxystrobin:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs have been lowered for passion fruit\/maracuja, leafy cabbages, fresh beans (without pods) and oats.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs have been increased for sweet peppers\/bell peppers, herbs, chicory roots and honey.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation is applicable from <strong>11\/12\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 2 of this regulation specifies that the former MRLs continue to apply to products obtained or imported into the EU before 11 December 2024, except for the MRLs applicable to deltamethrin in pears, potatoes and lettuces, and to thiabendazole in papayas.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R1355&amp;qid=1717053111327\"><strong>Regulation EU 2024\/1355<\/strong><\/a><strong>: benzovindiflupyr, chlorantraniliprole, emamectin, quinclorac, spiromesifen and triflumuron.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benzovindiflupyr:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for blueberries go from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>2 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for ginseng go from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>0.3 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chlorantraniliprole:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for avocados go from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.3 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for teas go from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>80 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emamectin:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for savoy cabbages go from 0.03 mg\/kg to <strong>0.2 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for teas go from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.09 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quinclorac:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for cranberries go from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>1.5 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for rapeseed go from 0.02 mg\/kg to <strong>0.15 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spiromesifen:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for oranges go from 0.02 mg\/kg to <strong>0.15 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for mangoes go from 0.02 mg\/kg to <strong>0.4 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for beans (with pods) go from 0.02 mg\/kg to <strong>0.05 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Triflumuron:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for soya beans go from 0.01 mg\/kg to <strong>0.1 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation is applicable from <strong>11\/06\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R1439&amp;qid=1717053111327\"><strong>Regulation EU 2024\/1439<\/strong><\/a><strong>: fenazaquin, mepiquat and propamocarb<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fenazaquin:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRL for hops goes from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>30 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This increase follows a request for an import tolerance for this substance used in the USA on hops, in order to avoid any obstacle to the import of this crop.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Propamocarb:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRLs for honey go from 0.05 mg\/kg to <strong>15 mg\/kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mepiquat:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A provisional MRL has been set for button mushrooms and shelled oyster mushrooms to address cross-contamination of untreated button mushrooms by straw legally treated with mepiquat.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The temporary MRL for button mushrooms remains unchanged, except for shelled oyster mushrooms, where it goes from 0.7 mg\/kg to <strong>3 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulation is applicable from <strong>16\/06\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p
