It amends the MRLs of the following residues: <strong>denatonium benzoate, diuron, etoxazole, methomyl and teflubenzuron.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Denatonium benzoate<\/strong> and <strong>diuron<\/strong> have not been approved since late 2020. The MRLs for diuron are lowered to <strong>0.01 mg\/kg<\/strong> for tree nuts, oilseeds and oleaginous fruits, teas and honey.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Etoxazole<\/strong> has not been authorised on edible crops since early 2021. The MRLs on citrus fruit, pome fruit, stone fruit, grapes, strawberries, avocados, tomatoes, aubergines, cucumbers and cucurbits with inedible peel are lowered to <strong>0.01 mg\/kg<\/strong>. The MRLs on basil and edible flowers are lowered to <strong>0.02 mg\/kg<\/strong>. The MRLs on teas and hops are lowered to <strong>0.05 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Methomyl<\/strong> has not been authorised since August 2019. The MRLs on sweet peppers, melons, pumpkins, watermelons, lettuces, unshelled beans and peas, dried beans, soya beans, cottonseeds, maize and oats are lowered to <strong>0.01 mg\/kg<\/strong>. The MRLs on honey are lowered to <strong>0.05 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Teflubenzuron<\/strong> has not been authorised since late 2019. The MRLs on tree nuts, pome fruit, plums, potatoes, solanaceae and malvaceae (except tomatoes), courgettes, Brussels sprouts, head cabbages and oilseeds and oleaginous fruits (except sunflower seeds and soya beans) are lowered to <strong>0.01 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 2 of this regulation specifies that the previous MRLs will continue to apply to products obtained or imported into the EU before 8 April 2024.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This regulation applies from <strong>8 April 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your Phytocontrol laboratory offers pesticide residue analysis under COFRAC accreditation.
