BREXIT : Phytocontrol Group continues to provide its services

Dear Customer,
Since 1 January 2021 and the Brexit Agreement, trade between the UK and the European Union has been regulated.

However, we would like to reassure you about the continuity of service that Phytocontrol usually guarantees you, in particular about the invoicing that we continue to take care of.

The samples that are sent, being considered as services, have a null market value. The only document to be provided for customs is an invoice specifying that these samples are intended for testing in case of custom inspection, and that they will be destroyed afterwards. We have pre-filled templates for our non-EU customers, feel free to contact us before any shipment.

The logistical times for sending parcels by DHL could be extended, which we have not seen to date.

Phytocontrol undertakes to respect its analysis deadlines upon receipt of the samples at the Nîmes laboratory.
